I will send you the POT when I get in from the RN, that should help you. Please take your time with inputting the score on each section, mark the correct section with an X, and double-check your calculation at the end of the Acuity. Also, make sure to resize the cells if possible. There are many times where your cells move onto the next page, and you can resize it smaller so it fits on the previous page. I will send you the intake link, based on the intake assessment.
