For this Discussion Board, you will research and write about Jazz, Blues and Big Band music before World War 2. You will want to include the names of at least one or two artists per period. (Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday and Glenn Miller come immediately to mind for me. You do not have to use those particular artists, but certainly may).
You may want to organize this discussion into three separate paragraphs. If you do not, please be sure to use wonderful transition sentences between each applicable period in music history. Your initial/main post still needs to be 150 words long, total, not 150 words per subject. Believe me, you will find more than enough information to make this task an easy one. Please respond to two classmates at 75 words each before Sunday, Nov.7th at 11:59 PM.
