Each student will conduct an in-depth study of the company or organization at which they would like to
be employed. This may be a company that might hire you immediately upon graduation, or one that you
will aspire to be at a later point in your career.
In the paper, students should address the following:
The history of the company (no more than one page),
The current challenges faced by the company,
The current and future opportunities available for the company in the marketplace,
The company culture,
The current hiring situation at the company,
The requirements are for obtaining the position you desire at the company, and
The reasons you would like to work for that company.
The style required for formatting the paper is American Psychological Association (APA), 7
th
edition
guidelines. The paper will be graded on accuracy and completeness of information, cohesiveness,
spelling and grammar, and number and quality of references. A title page is required. The paper should
be a minimum of 1250-1500 words of content (double-spaced, one-inch margins, and no larger than 12-
point font.) Three (3) quality references appropriately listed on a reference page are required.
