(Obs.: Since you are working in groups to delivery final project, you and your teammates can consolidate your ideas before submitting your post. Although, you must submit this discussion individually, you and your teammates can consolidate your ideas and submit a consolidated post. However, if you prefer to provide an individual discussion that would provide an individual perspective related to the final project, it is ok to diverge from your teammates.)
DirectionsRemind us of your project and respond to the following questions. What is the data governance structure at the organization chosen for your Final Project? How should it change to effectively manage a big data analytics implementation? If one does not exist, what data governance structure would you propose and why? Who/what parts of the organization should participate and in what roles? Consider the implications of using big data (rather than simply data from organizational systems) and what that means in terms of data governance.
Incorporate feedback from your instructor as you develop the Data Governance portion of the Managerial Considerations section of your Final Project. Feedback from classmates should be considered and incorporated as appropriate.
