TREND ANALYSIS
For this assignment, you will conduct a trend analysis in your organization. You will look at one trend that you can trace over at least 3 to 5 years. Based on the findings from your analysis, and using 5- 7 scholarly sources, discuss the program/s that need to be put in place to ensure that your organization continues to adapt to the trend. Provide background information on the trend and report via tables and a narrative on how this trend has tracked during the period you are exploring.

Your paper will be 8 to 10 double-spaced pages (12 pt. font, formatted using APA, 7th edition) not including the appendices.
