Clarifications
We are a teamwork of three members assigned by the professor to do the Mini Case – Authorship for chapter (4) in the textbook. The highlighted work is an output of one of our member’s effort. So my other classmate and I expected to give a try to do like what our last classmate did. Finally, we will all have to filter our three work done and send the final to the professor.
My classmate red and summarized chapter 4 from the textbook the following.
One of the largest commercial real estate companies Marion & Marrow are about to list a $30 million dollar property with one of its top clients. The client requests a team of real estate brokers that have a high experience is both multifamily and retail. The regional manager of Marion & Marrow calls in his top two multifamily and retail broker in the area where they are about list. This group of four have never worked before but are aware of each other’s accomplishments. The emotional state and mood of the group must be top notch to successfully manage the client expectations and successfully sell the property.
Based on the instructions given in the Mini Case Authorship he created three Questions
Describe two senecios the agents must be prepared for before the first meeting with the client to assure they are all on the same emotional/mood page?
How can the team build cohesion within the group?
Describe how the group emotion can affect the team and client perspective?
