Broccoli, potato curry and rice – (2 cups of broccoli,50mg of deep fried rice, 2 teaspoon full of salt, ½ cup of potato curry and 1 teaspoon full of pepper, ¼ cup of tomato sauce)
Watermelon – 1/4 piece
Monday – 11/15/2021
Brown bread – 3 slices (10mg of jam applied)
Sausages – 2 (deep fried)
Cup of tea – 1 (2 teaspoon full of sugar)
Monster energy drink – 1, 500ml bottle
Tomato soup and grilled cheese – (1 cup of tomato soup, 1 teaspoon full of pepper, 1 teaspoon full of salt and 1 grilled cheese)
Glass of water – 1
Banana – 1
Black beans, stuffed sweet potatoes and avocado – (½ cup of cooked black beans, 3 stuffed sweet potatoes, 1 cup of tomato soup, 1 teaspoon full of pepper, 2 teaspoon full of salt and 1 avocado)

Oatmeal (1 cup of dry oats mixed with 1 cup of low fat milk)

Coconut rice and peas – (50mg of coconut rice, ½ cup of peas,1 tea spoon full of salt, 1 tea spoon full of pepper, 1 cup of tomato soup.)
Fruit flavoured yogurt – 500ml
Fried noodles and eggs – (100g of noodles, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon full of salt, 1 teaspoon full of pepper and 10mg of tomato sauce)
Glass of water – 2
