Communication between staff is very tough because they are a lot of staff members,
and it is hard to let each other know exactly what’s going on with things being so busy.
Also, with covid it has been hard because people can’t come in to see us in person and
it is hard for some people especially the elderly to explain what’s going on over the
phone.
