The startup idea of World Hunger Inc was developed by three college students majoring in Industrial Engineering from the University of. Our team was given the task of forming a company based on customer needs. For our project, we had to encounter a lot of challenges while coming up with ideas that would benefit the customers. To achieve our goal, we decided to distribute the responsibility equally among all the team members. We also agreed to be honest and open about information, making sure that everybody is on the same page when it comes to understanding the work requirements and their part in the team. Furthermore, our company planned to create multiple paths for raising and testing ideas, making it safe to fail. Just like teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. It is also an ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Since, teamwork integrates the ideas of several minds and several minds working together is better than one, as it enables to obtain the view from different perspectives, as everyone has unique gift, talents, and skills, which leads to innovation of our product. The team evolves and progresses by the degree of contribution from each member. The contribution also depends on the communication within the team, and it is crucial for good team dynamics. Our team schedules a weekly meeting where we constantly have a thorough discussion on how to improve our product and bring new ideas that can be implemented for our project. Our team also tries to improvise on future difficulties that our company might face regarding the product and how we can tackle such a situation. The team dynamics can be measured and assessed by its internal group dynamics. Such measures could address how well the team works together as a group, the effectiveness of team meetings, and team problem-solving techniques. We can also improve team dynamics by the progressing our company is making as a team. Our team needs to have more alternate ideas of the concept of the product if it fails. We should also try to communicate more with each other, so we all remain on the same page. So, to improve such drawbacks our team decided to hold team meetings more often to talk more about our future for World Hunger Inc. We have also decided to survey customers to see what they think of the current prototype or how they felt about such a product.

To come up with the startup idea, our team had to encounter many challenges. The most important challenge out of all was finding the type of people who would require our product. Since our product mainly focuses on eliminating world hunger through a food-prevention-waste system any individual or company can use it. Therefore, we had a hard time targeting the group of audiences that are feasible for this product. The next challenge that was raised was if the companies are willing to make this change by adapting to our product prototype. The last challenge our team faced was if the product would be a tangible product or the database. After a lot of research, our team came up with a tangible product that would serve the cause. Our company will deliver a service of analyzing the areas of food waste in commercial kitchens through installing cameras to study motion. Identifying such areas of waste would allow the customer to save costs of purchasing excess food. By having the process automated the workers now are spending less time dealing with minor issues and can focus on their current task. So, now we will mainly focus on the replies we get from the survey, to locate common ideas we receive from the people
