The project is about renovating an existing bedroom and developing a home office. The scope of the project will include:
General preparation involving the purchase of all required materials.
Demolition
Structural work, including new flooring, trim work, and wall painting.
Interior finishing.
Electrical wiring, Internet, and computer connectivity.
Procurement of office equipment and furniture.
Fixing new washroom.

Project preparation
This activity will involve selecting a contractor, budgeting and procuring the materials that will be used, and arranging everything ready for the renovation project. Procuring office furniture and other supplies will also be considered here.

Demolition and Restructuring
Some structures within the bedroom that don’t fit the office layout will be demolished. After that, the engineers will restructure the layout of the room to fit the owner’s requirements. Engineers will evaluate the space from a functional standpoint and fix everything to meet the office standards.

Wiring and Plumbing
Electricians will fix the electrical cables in the walls. On the other hand, Plumbers will fix the water and sewage system within the room as the renovation continues.

Flooring, Painting, wallpapering, and interior design.
Once the walls are fixed, the engineers will plaster the floor and fix the tiles. Painters will paint the walls and decorate the room with wallpapers. The Interior designer will then fix the interior finishing of the room.

Finishing touches
Installation of Internet connectivity in the room and Furnishing the room to resemble a real office.
