After looking over the second exam I find that your exams were well written and showed good preparation in your high school and college work. Now I write a question for the third exam which will complete objectives for the course. If your grade on the third exam is higher than the second exam, then the grade for the second exam will replaced by grade for the third exam. For instance, if you receive an A in the 3rd exam but receive only a B in the 2nd exam then I will change your grade from B to an A for the second exam. If you get the same grade or anything less the score for the 2nd exam, your grade for the 2nd exam will not be affected. The grade for the third exam will remain the same ; :

Religion can get mixed in with politics.
Economics and subsistence can be affected by the narratives of “getting ahead”, that is becoming wealthy or being poor.
Our sense of descent and kinship may be limited to recognizing our parents and grandparents, not recognizing others, but nevertheless recognizing ethnic or national or regional heritage.
Art and communication may reflect other people’s values.
In a final paragraph
Mention what you might do to make for a better fit between religion and politics, to create personally meaningful narratives of subsistence and economics, and to ensure that your communication and exposure to art is more personally meaningful .

I have not consulted with anyone else about this exam. I this statement is not part of your exam, you will not receive a passing grade
For an A grade: Your draw on the lecture material and cite pages in the book. The exam is well organized with sufficient examples
For a B grade; Your exam shows awareness of the issues but does not draw enough on the lectures or the book nor offer sufficient examples.
For a C grade: You exam shows only minimal awareness of the issues of the course and does not draw on the book or lectures.
For less that a C Grade, that is D or F show inattentiveness to what is required for a C grade.
In grading this exam (word length 1000-1200 words) I want evidence that you have read and thought about the material and that you have been attentive in class. If you demonstrated that you’ve done the reading and attending the lectures, then you’ll do fine. That is all the is expected by me and in most courses. Please keep this in mind as you tackle future courses.
