This is relevant but we cannot see your appendix and therefore cannot fully assess this task. We do need to see actual dates and evaluation methods for each stage of the project, as outlined in task 4. Please add the appendix and ensure your response covers the task requirements.
Previous work:
Monitorization of the organization’s development will use a report prepared about the construction process. This report will be updated by the contractor upon the end of each phase. The monitoring will enable the team to minimize risks that the group had not identified in the initial stage of the process. The project will be evaluated by use of the shared key indicators used in construction. They include construction time allocated for each task, project management from initiation to completion, risk assessment and management, and the Sharaan Resort quality assurance Appendix 1 below is a table indicating the table format plan with the dates assigned for each task. Surveys and monitoring and evaluation plan will be the tools used for tracking the construction process. The monitoring and evaluation plan will be used to evaluate the conception, design, pre-construction and procurement phases to see if project is satisfying the key objectives while surveys will be used to track the risks and progress of the construction phase.
