Pool side dining is not available.

Scope Baseline Maintenance
The scope baseline is maintained and monitored frequently. Incase if there are any changes to the scope of the project like needed extra tiles for the pool then the change request will happen and project manager will deal with it.
Deliverable Acceptance
The construction of an outdoor swimming pool is the main deliverable and it is accepted only if it has a proper base with tiles, heat pumps that regulate the temperature of the water in the pool, lights and ladders must be installed and along with extra attachments like life jackets, tubes and float boards.
Scope and Requirements Integration
The requirements of the project are being collected by the project manager from the project sponsor, customers and the stakeholders by conducting an interview with them face to face or virtually. Then they are placed in the scope statement and deliverables are made once the requirements are clearly stated.
