Defining Heroes and Villains
In the contemporary world, there have been heroes of the space age who have not received the desirable credit for their exemplary dedication to enhancing human life. The NASA innovators are prominent heroes who have made an exemplary impact on human life through their space research programs (NASA, 2008). Scientists have made an enormous transformation in human history in knowledge about space. These unsung heroes can be deemed classical heroes for their unique approach to space research in launching drone surveillance on mars and the international space station. The unsung innovators in space knowledge also regularly visit the ISS (International Space Station) in the risky, adventurous journey, which inspires humanity because of the considerable insight they offer on other planets like Mars in supporting life and other planets terrestrial bodies’ insight.
Unlike the ancient scientists who conducted their research behind closed doors, the NASA heroes have live streaming that enables interested people to follow their space adventures to launch their space missions. Although the NASA innovators are unfamiliar heroes, the scientists have demonstrated courage and dedication in their undertaking, inspiring humankind of life beyond planet earth. Additionally, the NASA scientist inventors have a high degree of courage beyond typical characters in the risky adventures undertaken outside the earth’s atmosphere (Lifshitz-Assaf, Pg. 746). Their endeavors are searching for supportive planets for humanity, an aspect that demonstrates care and concern for other people. Even in tragic events, the deaths of the scientists are appreciated since they were seeking the best for humanity. Heroes are compassionate about other people’s affairs in helping alleviate challenges adversity. The undertakings for the NASA scientists are genuine in support for the honesty attributes linked to heroes driven by robust moral compass and confidence in their potential. Despite the enormous challenges scientists face in outer space, the endeavors of the NASA innovators are persistent by developing resilience.
