Travel Medicine Journal Entry
Most travel health centers are staffed by RNs who perform the initial travel consultation and develop a plan. Working with a partner pick one of the countries below and provide a travel plan for the patient.
List the medications and vaccines recommended (explain the # of vaccines needed, instructions for malaria meds etc.)
Include teaching about preventing travelers’ diarrhea, and insect bite prevention. Provide entry requirements to enter the USA on the return flight home (COVID)
