Restoration Praise and Worship Faith Church
Restoration Praise and Worship Faith Worship Church (RPWFC), a predominately black church, historically has done ministry projects that include feeding and providing clothing for those who are in need. However, RPFWC’s focus has not been on promoting healthy sexual relationships. Instead, the focus has been on their worship experience to inspire, equip, and transform believers into the likeness of Christ through preaching and teaching. In this way, members can be all that God has called them to be. As a result, they can grow stronger in a relationship with Him and love for each other in the Lord.
RPFWC doctrines are based on Holiness and Pentecostal beliefs. The Pentecostal movement believes in the likelihood of attaining a similar experience and the spiritual gift like the first believers ‘on the Pentecostal day (Acts 2:1–4). The Pentecostal believers stress the importance of giving praise marked by serious spontaneity and the practice of the gifts in 1 Cor, which is also noted in Acts. The practices include speaking in tongues, spiritual divine, exorcism, and healing. [1] Also, the Pentecostal beliefs are based on the salvation of the believers and baptism by the Holy Spirit; other beliefs include trinitarianism and eschatology. According to the provision of (John 3:16, 17), salvation is defined as the act of repentance and accepting Jesus as Lord to attain the aim of living forever. Baptism by the Holy Spirit has two implications on a believer’s spirituality. First, it brings us together to the body of Christ. Secondly, it symbolizes our acceptance of crucifixion with Christ. Living in the body of Christ signifies our newness in life through acceptance of Jesus’ resurrection (Romans 6:4). Reception of divine healing includes a spiritual act that reframe our physical, emotional, or spiritual difficulties. The book of Jeremiah 17:14 adds to support these claims through affirming the healing and salvation which comes from God; hence He deserves the praise.
In addition to the Holiness and Pentecostal beliefs is eschatology. Eschatology is the study that involves teachings about the end of times. In Titus 2:13, the second coming of Jesus is defined as our final blessed hope in attaining the salvation of the believers. The spiritual gifts are described in three primary passages in the holy book. The first spiritual gifts are clearly defined in Romans 12:6-8. The second instance occurs in 1st Corinthians 12: 4-11. The third place where there is a clear explanation of the spiritual gifts is in 1st Corinthians 12:28. The gifts included in Romans 12 include prophesy, serving, teaching, encouraging giving, and mercy. Additionally, gifts provided in 1st Corinthians are wisdom, powers, prophecy, interpretation of tongues, and Faith. These gifts play an important role in developing the love of people towards God. They also open ways which enhance the flow of peace and good relationship that enhances the overall well-being of people.
In most cases, the value displayed by people towards each other categorically increases the chance of staying true and being ambitious to fulfill all these gifts in their lives. God occurs to us in the form of a Father and the Holy Spirit. On the other hand, the son is God manifested in the flesh. John 5:7 notes. There are three who bear witness in heaven. They include the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit. Additionally, John 1:14 notes Jesus is the word in the flesh form. Hence, people are required to effectively value the word of God and live towards achieving the best from all the instances of relationships that they encounter. It is through simple acts of love that make people fulfill the love of God towards each other. Also, as the scriptures initiate dimensions of behavior that people must embrace, it becomes a norm that unites various individuals in society. Moreover, the value of being devoted to the word of God keeps many individuals towards the norm of observing all the commands. In the long run, people who follow these regulations end up having stress free lives that are filled with happy moments.
More importantly, God has always intended salvation for the world, and it is why he sent Jesus in the fleshly form came into the world to sacrifice His life. Therefore, the church should be on the frontline saving people from the HIV/AIDs pandemic. The church should highlight the problem and communicate the many ways it affects the congregation. Church and community members should know the Holy Spirit unites them to God. Hence, all should know they are vessels of God. The knowledge should prompt the congregation to create awareness concerning HIV/AIDS to prevent its spread among God’s children. The clergy should remind the church members that the scriptures talk of divine healing. Such messages restore hope among individuals and families already affected by HIV/AIDs.
RPWFC’s leadership system comprises an apostle who serves as the church’s overseer. The pastor oversees the church’s finances. The four elders offer prayers for those who are ill. The Good News is shared in public by the six evangelists. The two ministers, one of whom is the researcher, attend to the people’s requirements. Finally, the prophets say what the Lord says. This church’s leadership system is significant. Lawrence notes that most people now agree that the only ministries still active are those headed by pastors, evangelists, and teachers. In addition, most of the people believe that the apostles’ and prophets’ roles are no longer active. Lawrence continues to state that these offices will still operate until people effectively embrace the oneness of faith and acknowledge the son of Elohim and his fullness. However, the acknowledgment has not been fully commissioned as most individuals seem to have lost their connection while focusing on earthly aspects. Therefore, this just reveals the concept of how these offices have become extinct in the world today.
There is another important about the leadership structure of the church. Lawrence asserts that the people must understand how it’s important to always remember that Yeshua has the supreme authority over all ministry offices listed after him in this verse. As it were, Jesus disseminated His gifts among those He chose to manage His spiritual sheep (Eph 4:8). He also adds that the spiritual offices ought to be always executing the service that Yeshua personally would continue doing if He was on earth. The church has also core values and theological convictions. One of the values revolves around the concept of forgiveness. Through forgiveness, it is justified to state that humans are prone to mistakes and would require healing and grace. As a result, they would positively achieve a commendable change. Besides, it is written that anyone who is willing to forgive and makes this huge step, the Heavenly Father will also gladly forgive them (Matthew 6:14-15). Hence, it is evident that when forgiveness is present, the people would find peace. Also, the relationship between individuals becomes concrete when an abundance of peace is available. In addition, having a life filled with peace would open new dimensions that allow people to focus on building and developing their region instead of being drawn back by factors that don’t add value to their lives. However, if an individual fails to forgive others, it will also be done unto them by the Father in Heaven.
Another is empowerment which gives individuals the opportunity to accomplish goals. The scriptures categorically give power to the people. According to Philippians 4:13: it can easily be devised that any person is allowed to do great things because there is a powerful being strengthening them. The last factor is courage. It is usually evident when individuals are fully prepared and ready to face any challenges that come their way. Also, the scriptures have defined this concept of courage and allowed the people to have to believe in their worth. The people are urged to remain strong, ready and effectively show courage because the Lord would automatically strengthen them (Psalm 27:14). Therefore, people only need to develop the value of being irrational and full of optimism when facing challenge because somebody watches and empowers them.

Comparison and Contrast of the two Demographics
Why is HIV/AIDS awareness needed?
The church should highlight the problem and communicate the many ways it affects the congregation and the community. Church and community members should know the Holy Spirit unites them to God.
