1. Name: Student Number:

2. What will you do for your well-being project? (Be clear with details and/or examples.)

3. How will you assess your experience and/or the project? (Be specific.)

4. How did you choose your project, and why do you think it will work? If you are adapting a positive activity that has been studied, please say so explicitly and describe why you think it will work for you. If you designed a novel project, please describe the logic behind your idea (briefly), i.e., your thought process as to why it might increase well-being in a way that links to research findings. It is good to appeal to research findings here, and you can be loose on supporting this with specific references in this proposal (only—you need sources in the final paper).

5. One source with descriptions. Give the reference, in APA style, for a peer-reviewed source (typically a journal article) relevant to your project. After the reference, write a short paragraph that describes how the source is useful and relevant to your project. (Ensure that relevance is high for this key source.)
