Discuss the value of the scientific research presented in your selected news story for contemporary society.
This scientific research discussed in this article will help solve the conundrum among the couples who have tried to get sons or daughters with each successive birth being of a similar sex. The knowledge of genes that give rise to particular sex will help couples in choosing who to marry depending on whether they need more sons or daughters by looking at the number of brothers and sisters one has.
