Write down how you are currently feeling (mind and body).

Currently, I am feeling exhausted. I have been busy the entire week and my mind and body are connected and constantly responding to stress. For instance, over job and assignments, sleep deprivation are causing tense muscles pain and tiredness.

3. Write down how you are now feeling (mind and body) after performing this exercise.   What is different?

After performing this exercise I felt my mind and body relaxed. During the breathing exercise I felt my muscles alleviate and I was yarning. I will certainly practice more this video specially before to go to sleep or in certain moments when I feel stressed.
