V. NCLEX Style Questions 10 points __________

A. Create 3 NCLEX/HESI style questions on your topic.

B. The questions will be handed out to your clinical group to answer while you’re presenting, so be sure you provide the answers and rationale to the questions throughout your presentation.

C. Turn in a copy of your questions, answers and rationale for each option to your clinical instructor.

NOTE: Presentations should be approx. 15 minutes in length allowing an additional 5 minutes for discussion. Students must provide two (2) blank, hard copies of this evaluation form to their clinical instructor at the start of their presentation. One copy of the completed rubric goes to the student and one copy is for faculty use/documentation.
