DE-ESCALATION OF CONFLICT
All conflicts ultimately de-escalate, and de-escalation is always the first step in settling. According to CPI (2020), conflict de-escalation is a broad phrase that refers to many approaches for lowering tension between two individuals or organizations. Changes within each of the adversaries and new forms of contact between them are required for de-escalation.
