In this project you need to write a research paper on Diversity Management at an organization level for Emirates airlines which is operating in UAE and carry out the following: (Report should contains Executive Summary along with the six parts)
Executive Summary: The purpose of an executive summary is to recommend a decision, not provide information. The longer report provides drill-down proof for that recommendation.
First part: represents an introduction to the chosen Organization, its Diversity Model and workforce diversity. You must define important concepts related to Diversity model and its management.
Second part: should contains the literature overview with the existing relevant theories, paradigms (models) of diversity Management. It should include examples of companies who successfully implemented diversity as one of their primary objectives.
Third part: provides with gap analysis of the survey provided and the conclusions derived from the statistical results of the chosen organization diversity dimensions like age, gender, culture and racism.
Fourth part: contains developing a model for the organization based on gap analysis on the third part.
Fifth part: provides the mechanism for evaluating the delivery and impact of this.
Sixth & Last part: contains a suggested Diversity model (recommendations) and conclusions with implications for company for a better and wider implication of diversity & inclusion.
