Personality traits play an essential role in how people conduct themselves and relate with other people in workplaces in business. As business practitioners, one has the many responsibilities and personality traits that help determine most of their actions. Personality traits such as discipline empathy are strengths necessary in business practice. However, as humans, one has some weaknesses like putting pressure on oneself for excellent work requiring improvement to ensure success and positive impact in the business world.
Business practitioners have numerous responsibilities that need certain traits, such as discipline to relate appropriately and ensure success. The aspects of friendliness, calmness, hardworking and delivering on time are essential to show work dedication. They also help understand everyone’s importance in the work environment, and I intend to maximize all the positive qualities. Things about myself like kindness, being a go-getter, thoughtfulness, good communication, peace-loving, and being strong enough not to give up will help me as a business practitioner remain positive and competitive in the global business world (“Free personality test | 16Personalities”, 2022). I plan to speak up for what is right regarding moral values and ethics, care about others and lead by example in the workspace because such traits are my strong suit. The traits also make me receptive or have strong opinions, remain reliable, passionate, charismatic, and generous where one desires to make positive changes. Positive changes are what the business world needs to be positively impactful in society (“Introduction | Protagonist (ENFJ) Personality | 16Personalities”, 2022). However, there are some weaknesses such as intense, overly empathetic, and condescending, which make it difficult not to put a lot of pressure on oneself for excellent work, meaning I have to improve (“Introduction | Protagonist (ENFJ) Personality | 16Personalities”, 2022). I intend to focus on the strength and improve on the weakness because that is the best thing to do to ensure success in the future. Thus, as a business practitioner, I will be able to use my positive traits such as kindness, a go-getter, thoughtfulness, good communicator, peace-loving, and improve on weaknesses like overly empathetic and condescending to ensure a positive impact in the business world.
In business practice, traits such as discipline and empathy are strengths essential in people. However, some weaknesses like putting pressure on oneself for excellent work need improvement to ensure success and positive impact in the business world. Positive traits such as thoughtfulness, good communication, and peace-loving are essential to business. Other characteristics include receptiveness, reliability, passion, and charisma, which add to a person’s impact in the industry. As for the weakness I intend on improving, they include putting a lot of pressure on oneself for excellent work to ensure peace of mind.
