WEEKLY JOURNAL/LOG (Adaptive Decision Making)
Start a decision journal/log for week 7 through week 10. You must have at least one decision you observed/participated/or completed each week. Briefly describe the situation and the decision.
Also describe any unconscious bias you observed or one you have, Describe and discuss how to reduce the impact of the bias.
Finally, for each week, analyze the decision made–positive and/or negative. Was Snowden’s model used? Explain. If not used, describe how the Snowden’s model could have been used and could have provided a better decision. On the other hand, if you believe the Snowden framework was used. –Explain.
