I started on the background information part and below is what I have…can be used in the paper or not:

Breast cancer (BC) is a major health concern in the United States among women. After treatments, BC survivors suffer many physical and mental health symptoms. Such symptoms include stress, anxiety, depression, pain, fatigue, and sleep quality. To help improve and reduce these symptoms, the use of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) has been proven to be effective. MBSR is a program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and adapted for breast cancer survivors (BCS) (Lengacher et al., 2018). It also holds promise for treating various symptoms experienced by cancer survivors (Lengacher et al., 2018). The program offers mindfulness training to assist people with pain and a range of conditions. The traditional MBSR(BC) program done in person is efficacious, improving symptoms of fatigue severity and interference, anxiety, depression, fear of recurrence (FOR), and quality of life (QOL) (Lengacher et al., 2018).
