Findings and Recommendations

Each chapter should have a paragraph as an introduction that introduces the reader to the content to be discussed in the section (although the level heading of Introduction is not used). Every chapter must end with a robust conclusion (labeled as Conclusion) that summaries what was described in the chapter (without introducing new information or citing evidence from other published materials). The end of the conclusion is usually a transitional sentence recapping the

chapter and transitioning into the next chapter.

Chapter 4 provides the reader with the results of the feedback from your evaluation tool. Describing the perspective and quotes from your reviewers will be important. You may compare and contrast the feedback findings for your project – keep in mind that you may not always agree with the feedback you have received. In this section, based on the comments and feedback from reviewers, you will make recommendations and potential changes which could be implemented to improve your project. You should add ideas on how to further disseminate your project (creating a DNP Project based on it, poster or podium presentations, inservices, etc.) This is not a chapter where you should be discussing other people’s published work except to say that the feedback from reviewers generally confirmed or were incongruent with previous published work. This chapter is usually 6-8 pages in length. One page for the Title page and the other for any references that you use.

• Description of the reviewers or participants: Nursing, C.N.A, S.S, activities, educator
• Description of the project design: Musical therapy to help reduce the use of antipsychotics in the elderly to reduce anxiety.
• Development of instrument, tool or method for obtaining feedback (surveys, interviews, observation, content analysis): interviews and observations too how well the patients were doing with the music. A vital sheet was created that showed blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen, and RR
• Identification of themes/categories: ‘Themes’ are features of participants’ accounts characterizing particular perceptions and/or experiences that the researcher sees as relevant to the research question. Identification: To see if Music Therapy will help lower the use of psychotropic medications in the elderly
