Drug and Substance abuse issues and information are abundant in lay publications, newspapers, radio, TV, internet, etc. All of these drug related issues originate from professional organizations whose jobs it is to prevent and control drug and substance abuse through effective education, regulations, laws, and enforcement activities.
Your task is to complete a 5-7 page APA style, 12 pt; double-spaced white paper related to drug and substance abuse issues in which we discuss in class. Must use at least 10 references thoroughly. The audience for your paper is the city council…they are debating whether to give your school district funding for a new drug prevention program in which you will be the coordinator.
