Q2: Franklin, Daniels, Cooper are three of the candidates who I would nix from consideration. From a tweet to complaining about the interviewer, to supporting a hate group and posting inappropriate photos of females all show extremely questionable behavior that is not indicative of a professional environment.

Q5. I would rank this a 6 (almost absolutely unfair) since they would be screening people mostly between the ages of 18 and 23. Also, universities should not be so strict about what their students are doing in their personal life. They are only there to get an education and they do not need to be supervised so closely or judged that severely. However, I do think that if another student reports unacceptable behavior this should be taken seriously.

Q4 In case when all seven of the people are already employed at the company, Jim definitely should talk with human resources and Franklin. Jim should have a meeting for the rest of the employees and generally talk about presenting themselves on social media. Jim can use Virtue ethics and ask employees, ” What decision would a virtuous person make when posting on social media for everyone to see? One of the Virtue ethics is Temperance which employees should follow when controlling their emotions and desires when posting on social media.
