Identify with the use of examples how organisations can use coaching and mentoring. Evaluate a range of benefits that can accrue to an organisation through the adoption of coaching and mentoring. Your evaluation should be considered from a number of different organisational stakeholder perspectives.

Include in your evaluation, identification of potential barriers the organisation may face when establishing this change, and explain how both individual and organisational resistance might be overcome..

Establish a system which includes a range of methods to capture and measure the impact of coaching and mentoring across the organisation. Explain how you would review the implementation strategy for coaching and mentoring in order to make sure that the organisation learns from the experience and achieves incremental improvements.
