I Need to do a SOAP NOTE Video for adolescence with complex diagnoses. Please choose any simple 2 diagnoses with probably 4 medications and came up with a soap noted. I have a sample of how the note should look like, it’s well explanatory. then used document word to write the notes. I have three folders here. 1, is for the school requirement, 2 is for the examplar template, and 3 is where you will write the assignment. Thanks
