Question: How do discussions on immigration in Europe mirror those that you’ve heard while living in the United States (or your own country if origin, if that’s more interesting to discuss)? Note: Being that immigration can be a contentious topic, please keep things civil and be respectful of varying viewpoints.
Directions: Be sure to begin the writing process with a thesis/argument that directly answers the response question. Then include some evidence to help support your case. Finally, be sure to reply to at least one classmate with a substantive comment. A substantive comment adds something to the discussion and goes beyond simply remarking that you agree with their post. One or two paragraphs (200 words) is sufficient. Quality over quantity!
