For the first part of the Open Government activity, visit the Observatory of Public Sector

For the first part of the Open Government activity, visit the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation Case Studies website (Links to an external site.). Then under “Innovation Tags” on the menu to the right, check “Open Government”. You should see 92 results. From here you can filter further by selecting other criteria under “Filter innovations” or you can sort by title or date submitted. 
Your goal is to select one case study and address each of the following items.
Provide the title, url or link, the home country, and approximate year of the case study.
Provide a summary of the case study. 
Explain how this is an example of open government or the promotion of open government. Be sure to apply what you have learned this week in class. Cite any readings or external sources you reference.
Identify the level of government involved (federal, state, city/county, etc.).
Does there appear to be any collaboration with other entities (ex. government agencies, governments, stakeholders, etc.)? If so, who is identified as a collaborator and how are they contributing? If not, propose at least one potential collaborator and explain how you think they could contribute. 
Does the case study appear to consider accountability? If so, how. If not, how could the case study address accountability?
Does this case study appear to contribute to transparency of government? If so, how. If not, how could it be tweaked to possible be more transparent?
