In this article, Canadian cities are now becoming increasingly involved in dealing with and preparing for climate change, particularly in the form of windstorms and floods. To what extent are cities able to act on their own in building resilience to climate change? What steps do Canadian cities and other levels of government need to take to address the problem of climate change?
