Patient Profiles:
The patients 17 years. Caucasian male. .
Dental History: patient is caries free and have no restorations,r
Medical History: patient is physically inactive and systemically and mentally healthy adolescent male.
Extraoral Examination: there is no evidence of submandibular or cervical lymphadenopathy.
Intraoral Examination: Again, the soft tissue structures are within normal limits. No evidence of lymphadenopathy. Salivary flow appears normal.
Periodontal Examination: probing depths ranging from 2 mm to 4 mm; radiographic assessment showed no bone loss.
Health Behaviors: patient stated he brush “brushes 2twice a day.” use a fluoride toothpaste. He does not ues dental floss or any type of interproximal cleaning aids.
