The text for this module examines the advantages of both explicit and tacit knowledge information. For your initial post to this discussion, explain the difference between explicit and tacit (inferred or latent) knowledge as it applies to an organization. What are some ways that organizations can capture explicit knowledge? How can they best capture tacit knowledge? Include examples from your own experience (if any) or examples you have learned, read about, or heard about.

For this in class group discussion, submit a draft of recommendations for your final project and conduct a peer review.  Email a copy of the recommendations that you intend to make in your final project submission to r.evans4@snhu.edu prior to the beginning of class.
