Advances in information technology have changed the ways that customers and organizations function. Laptops, smartphones, and other smart devices have changed how individuals perform work, access and organize information, and communicate with each other. In addition, these tools have enabled the collection of vast amounts of data, with significant implications for comprehending how various phenomena can be better understood and acted on.
