Marketing and Sales Plan Project

The Marketing and Sales Plan is a team (group) project focused on a single brand audit project. It is up to each team to choose the brand audit to use for this assignment. Once a brand audit has been selected, the group is to create a marketing and sales strategy for one overall enterprise key business requirements (KBR). All submissions MUST have a digital component and is broken down by the following: Research (50 pts), Marketing Activation (50 pts), Digital Strategy and Evaluation (50 pts), Deliverables (50 pts)
OVERVIEW
This is a team project focused on a single brand audit project. This culminating project will focus on creating a marketing and sales strategy for one overall enterprise key business requirement (KBR) pulled from a single brand audit recommendation. Note: YOU MUST HAVE A DIGITAL COMPONENT.
REQUIREMENTS
Each project will have the following components and will be graded based on the assigned points.
Brand Challenge
Name the chosen recommendation you will activate from one of your brand audits. If your team would like to be more focused you may but you cannot create an entirely new recommendation.
RESEARCH (50pts)
Best-in-class Approach (20pts)
You must produce a mix of professional industry and academic research focused on your brand challenge. I’m expecting to see significant research to create steps to answer your challenge.
