By reviewing the methods of the proposed research, the board is able to determine that all actions within the study remain ethical and maintain the justice of the human subjects involved in the study. Institutional Review Board also addresses the relevance of organizations’ rules and regulations and their relevance when it comes to coordinating organizational activities like promoting patient safety or attending to various clients (Dalpé et al., 2019). The institution’s board also aids in assigning roles to various leaders who will run and ensure that organization is adhering to stated regulations and acceptable codes of conduct (Dalpé et al., 2019). Population Health research focuses on health determinants specific to a population of individuals affected by acute chronic or acute illnesses that are unique to a population. The research conducted provides understanding, education, and outreach to the community and how these issues affect the community. It is important to ensure that the research team follows strict professional standards, showing the subjects participating in the study respect and conducting research in a non-discriminatory manner (Dalpé et al., 2019).
