2. Download the latest corporate governance report, annual report, company news and other data that you require for preparing this report.
3. Prepare a report of 1200 to 1500 words excluding the cover page and the reference pages on the recent Corporate Governance activities by the company and the review engagements undertaken to ensure the strength of the internal control system of the company (Read ‘Outline of the Assignment Format’ on Page 4).
4. Submit the assignment as a MS Word file. Use ‘Arial’ as the font style and the font size should be 12. Line spacing-1.5. The margin must be preferably Normal

I. Introduction
Ø Brief discussion about the company: Brief history, a short background and location(s) of the business
Ø Mention any of the Business Goals/Objectives/Mission or Vision of the Company
Ø Mention the products or services offered by the company, awards and recognitions received and
Ø Describe the composition of the Board of directors, committees directly working under the BoDs.
II. Corporate Governance Practices of the Company
Recent Corporate Governance activities and review engagements undertaken by the company in order to comply with the Corporate Governance standards and to ensure the strength of the internal control system of the company. Also, cite any penalties attracted on account of non-compliance activities.
III. Internal Control Audit
Critically appraise the Internal Audit function of the company. Add information about the internal audit team and suggestions given by the internal audit unit to enhance the internal control system of the company.
IV. Conclusion and Recommendations
Write a brief note about your opinion on the current status of Internal Control System of the company and give at least two recommendations/suggestions for overcoming the internal control risks/deficiencies existing in the company.
