Penn State has a free tool that helps connect people at a distance. It is easy to learn and shrinks the distance between you and your MHA Program colleagues.
Steps
- Go to: psu.zoom.us (Links to an external site.)
- From the home page: choose “Sign-in” from the list of options; for future events, students may choose “Host” to start a meeting or “Join” to connect to a meeting
- This will take you to the Penn State WebAccess page, use your Penn State login credential (id, and password), and click CREATE A PENN STATE ACCOUNT, below the yellow log in bar
- Log in and test the system.
- Record a ONE MINUTE video with the CLOUD option. Do NOT use the local computer option. This will provide you an e-mail with a link to share, which you will submit for this assignment.
- For your recording, including the following:
- A greeting (hello), your name, your current role (i.e. I am a student, I am an Operations Manager at —), and the funniest thing you have seen in the last month.
- For your recording, including the following:
- Submit the link for the recording to this assignment by the due date on the course calendar. Only your faculty will review this link.
Once you have logged into Kaltura at least once, then navigate to your Zoom Profile and enter your PSU email address in the Kaltura ID field to set up sync.
