The attached Instruction Manual will guide you in the steps to complete your required CITI Training.
You can expect to complete the training within three to four hours. You are allowed to save your work so you don’t need to complete in one sitting.
- Save the Completion Report with Scores as a PDF.
- Send the PDF as an email attachment to the MHA Graduate Programs Coordinator, Daphne Mark, at dlm79@psu.edu. Include your last name, first name, CITI Training and date in the title of your saved file (i.e. Calkins, Chris, CITI Training 9-15-20).
- Upload the PDF document in the MHA Orientation Module where you found these instructions.
- Deadline for submission is September 30.
