In Lesson 4, we will learn that the “Giving Voice to Values” program encourages us to first consider our values for ethical decision making. Consider the selected list of values in the Trevino & Nelson textbook on p. 64 to clarify your personal ethical values. Feel free to add other values of your choice. Discuss and describe your personal ethical values applying the concepts in the textbook readings and the course commentary.
- Identify 3–5 values that are most important to you when making ethical decisions. State why these personal values are important to you.
- How do you prioritize your values when these values conflict?
- List those values that you would choose to serve as a basis for business dealings in an ideal society and the benefits for your selection.
In our online Discussion, share your responses (350 – 500 words) and then engage your classmates in meaningful debate and discussion to receive full credit. Complete your answers and your (at least two) responses, (125 – 300 words per response) to other student’s class postings by the date set.
