This week I want to share a collection of articles that will help give you a better perspective on business plans along with the presentations you will be watching this week. Use the articles as a starting point for developing your business model. After reading the articles below and reading the assigned pages of Business Model Generation (14-44), you will engage with your classmates in a discussion activity that will help you get comfortable with the Business Model Concept

- Pick any 2 of the articles above that interest you and address the following prompts:
- Value Propositions: Evaluate the value propositions intended in the business models of the companies in the article you chose. Does it match any of the elements from non-exhausitive list noted in your Business Model Concept book?
- Customer Relationships: Think about the product and customer that the company is working with in the article. Analyze whether the technology/product is appropriate for establishing customer relationships that will meet market expectations. You can reference the different customer relationship segments noted on page 29 of Business Model Generation.
