Please answer the following (in no more than 500 words max), treating Robert Moses as the influencer) and the wealthy, powerful, and extremely well-connected individuals who were his opponents as the targets:
- Describe how Moses used resources to create power for himself (hint: be sure to apply the lesson in the Pfeffer readings in answering this question)
