Using the “power diagnosis framework” built in this course, please provide an analysis of an example (or “artifact”) of a power/influence scenario.  In particular, this analysis should provide a description of (in no more than 500 words total)::

1 ) The Context (i.e., influencer and influencee and their goals/interests, the conflict/problem/issue, etc.)

2) Source(s) of power or influence (i.e., individual sources, structural sources, etc.)

3) Outcome (i.e., compliance, commitment, or resistance)

The artifact you choose to analyze can be one OR the other of the following:

A) A particular power/influence scenario from your own experience (present or past).

B) A particular power/influence scenario from a movie clip, the business press, organizational discourse (i.e., letters to shareholders, annual reports, press releases, executive interviews), etc.
