A management report detailing the proposed expansion of the Yukon Soap Company in
2021/22. The report should aim to cover the following points:
A brief description of the organisation, its products, and its markets. An acknowledgement of the
organisations origins, existing structure, culture and leadership style.
The report also needs to suggest how Joella might change the existing organisational structure to allow
for realistic development, whilst keeping Yukon Soap’s unique culture.
Using relevant change models, the report also needs to discuss how Joella can overcome resistance
from existing staff to organisational development and introduction of diversity HR policy
