I was on the second semester at Brookhaven Nursing School. I have failed Medical Surgical theory class on spring 2021 at Dallas College Brookhaven Campus. my kids were 1 and 4 years old and it was very difficult time for me as i didn’t had enough support due to the pandemic. I also lost three family members due to the pandemic. Although it was difficult, I kept improving my score on each exam. My average score was passing before the final Hesi. Unfortunately, the Hesi dropped my final score. One of the reasons I didn’t do well on the final exam was one of the student was badly shaking during the exam. The instructor tried to calm her but she kept shaking and moving throughout the exam. This makes me nervous and was unable to concentrate.I also kept improving my other class Mental Health grade. exam 1 scored 73%, exam 2 scored 81% exam 3 scored 85% and final hesi scored 99.99%.
