  1. Meet with your team in Zoom  (Links to an external site.)or another synchronous video tool. 
  2. BRIEFLY Review/Discuss the Base Blog Question for this Lesson, as well as the responses from your teammates.
  3. BRIEFLY Discuss what, if any, communication was provided by leadership that provided logic to organizational change, based on these factors.
  4. Submit a one-page visual (PPT/Word, etc…) identifying: 1) the primary factors influencing change in higher education, and 2) the changes in higher education that your group believes are essential to stay alive in the arena!

The online revolution in higher education, is just one change taking academia by storm. In terms of organizational change, universities/colleges around the world are evaluating their mission/vision and their place in the ever changing, dynamic academic arena. 

Given that this topic is so close to each of you, discuss the factors/influences (anchored in the change model) impacting higher education in the 21st century as outlined above.
